Seasonal Slips for 2025
For current customers, you will receive your seasonal slip contract and invoice by email through Dockwa on January 1, 2025.
For future customers, we will accept seasonal slip lottery applications in March 2025.

Future Seasonal Slip Customers
2025 Seasonal Slip Lottery Instructions
- The lottery application period for Summer 2025 will be March 1-31, 2025.
- The available seasonal slips and their dimensions will be posted online on March 1, 2025. If additional seasonal slips become available, the list will be updated.
- Applications can be submitted online or by mail.
- Online applications are due no later than March 31, 2025, and mailed applications must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2025.
- The lottery drawing will be held the week of April 8-12, 2025.
- An applicant can apply for a seasonal slip in the lottery only one time per vessel per year. If you have two or more boats, submit only one application and list each of your boats on that application.
- Multiple owners of a vessel can only submit one application in the name of one vessel owner.
- Current 2025 seasonal slip customers cannot apply in 2025.
- A payment of $20.00 made payable to "Summersville Lake Marina" is required of lottery applicants. This processing fee can be paid online, or you may include a check or money order payable to "Summersville Lake Marina" if you mail your application.
- If you are selected for a seasonal slip, you will be contacted with instructions on how to claim it. Seasonal slips will be awarded based on lottery rank and vessel dimensions for the available seasonal slips.
- Seasonal slips are awarded for a 5-year term, with the exception of houseboat mooring slips that are awarded for a 10-year term OR temporary slips that are awarded for a 1-year term.
- If you are not selected for a seasonal slip, the lottery list will be used until September 14, 2025 to fill any future vacant slips.
