2027 Seasonal Slip Lottery Instructions

The 2027 application period opens in March. Exact dates will be posted here.
Available seasonal slips and their dimensions will be posted when applications open.
Applications will only be accepted online and must be submitted by the deadline. The order received does not matter.
The lottery drawing will be held in April with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
You may apply only once per vessel per year. If you have two or more boats, submit one application and list each boat on it.
Multiple owners of a vessel may submit only one application, in the name of one owner.
Current seasonal slip customers may not apply.
A $20.00 processing fee is paid online when you submit your application.
If you are selected, we will contact you with instructions to claim your slip. Slips are awarded by lottery rank and compatible vessel dimensions.
If you accept a shore slip for a pontoon boat, you cannot later request a dock slip during your 5-year term.
Seasonal slips are awarded for a 5-year term. Houseboat mooring slips are awarded for 10 years, and temporary slips for 1 year.
If you are not selected, the lottery list will be used through the 2027 season to fill vacant slips.
